My name is Emily Tanis-Likkel and I am a United Church of Christ minister in Seattle, Washington. I am a teacher, preacher, writer, and listening partner. Getting Ready
Push furniture aside to make a dance floor
Sharpen colored pencils
Find a labyrinth to walk
Brush off a layer of self-judgement
Actually
Brush it off your skin
Shake it from your fingertips
Breathe from your belly
Give thanks
You have everything you need to begin
